Errors, settings & minimal specifications for PVPme

SUMMARY:
• Connection errors in Devikins can be frustrating, but understanding the causes and implementing solutions can help ensure a smoother gaming experience.

• Internal Server Error (ISE) occurs when the connection to the server is briefly interrupted, while the "Failed to Send Battle Result to Server" error indicates a more prolonged interruption.

• Combat State Uncorrespondent Error (CSU) arises when data transmission exceeds the server's timeout limit, often due to a weak connection.

• If your opponent disconnects, it could be intentional or a result of an ISE on their end.

• To address these errors, always close the game and optionally clean the memory.

• Toggling Flight mode resets the modem and establishes a new connection, while tapping "Clean Cache" in Devikins PIN screens can also help.

• Various factors can cause ISE, including the graphic capabilities of your phone, battery management settings, network switching, signal strength, data speed, and data limits.

• To prevent these issues, ensure your device meets the game's graphic requirements, disable battery-saving options, turn off automatic network switching, avoid using 5G mode if your router isn't 5G capable, and maintain a strong line of sight between your phone and the router.

• Additionally, having a fast internet connection with no data limit is crucial.

• To minimize interruptions, enable "Do Not Disturb" mode and block notifications, or use a good game launcher that can optimize your device for gaming.

CONNECTION ERRORS EXPLAINED

INTERNAL SERVER ERROR (ISE)
Your connection to the server has been (briefly) interrupted.

FAILED TO SEND BATTLE RESULT TO SERVER ERROR
Your connection to the server has been interrupted, and reconnect attempts were unsuccessful.
Manually switching to another network or moving to get a stronger signal before tapping "try again" may help.

COMBAT STATE UNCORRESPONDENT ERROR (CSU)
The time to send the complete data  from your or your opponent's phone exceeded the timeout limit set on the server.
This timeout also determines the speed and fluidity of the game.
If your connection is causing this, you will often get an ISE next turn unless you reset your phone's modem.

CONNECTION HAS BEEN LOST /OPPONENT HAS DISCONNECTED
Your opponent disconnected.
This can mean a disconnection on purpose, but often it is the result of your opponent getting an ISE.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU GET THESE ERRORS
Always:
1) Close the game.
2) Optional: Clean the memory and close all apps and background processes.

3) Toggle Flight mode on and off to reset the modem and establish a new connection.
4) In Devikins PIN screens, tap "Clean Cache" in the top-left corner.

CAUSES AND PREVENTION:
The ISE can be caused by various reasons from settings on your phone, including:
• Signal strength dropping. Indicated in the status bar on top of phone .
• Graphic capabilities of the processor in your phone:
• Budget models a few years old may be too slow to handle the graphics in the game promptly.
• Battery management settings:
• Switch off all battery-saving options.
• Network switching:
• Switch off automatic switching to the strongest signal in your Wi-Fi settings.
• Do not use mobile network mode with 5G in its name if the router is not capable of and configured for 5G. The Wi-Fi channel will usually have (5G) in its name if it is 5G capable. If you use 5G, switch on "Use 5G standalone network"
• If you notice fluctuating signal strengths, use the 4G network. 5G is faster but has a much shorter range. As a result, there are usually blind spots, and the phone will switch to the stronger 4G network, resulting in an ISE.
• Signal strength is heavily influenced by a blocked line of sight from your phone to the router.
• Data speed and  data limits:
• Your internet should have at least 4 Mbps speed and preferably have no data limit. If a data limit is reached, the speed will be throttled by your internet provider. Since social media, YouTube, or streaming services use a lot of data (over 2 GB for some movies), it's not really possible to give a workable data limit.
•  Receiving a phone call or 'aggressive' notification:
• - Switch on "Do Not Disturb."
• - Block all notifications.
• Using a good game launcher can do this and perform other optimizations for playing games.
