Withdrawal Guide

Devikins DVK and NFT Withdrawal Guide

Regular deadline

The regular withdrawal window begins on September 10, 2026, and ends on September 10, 2027.

We recommend that all users withdraw their assets as soon as possible rather than waiting until the final days.

Eligible assets

– DVK.

– Devikins NFTs.

– Weapons NFTs.

– Equipments NFTs.

Items, currencies, rewards, and resources that exist exclusively off-chain are not redeemable assets and will be discontinued with their related gameplay services.

Before you begin

1. Make sure you can access your Devikins account.

2. Install or update Devikins only through the official app stores.

3. Have a Klever Wallet under your control.

4. Securely back up your wallet before receiving the assets.

5. Never share your password, seed phrase, or private key.

NFTs already held in a self-custody wallet do not need to be withdrawn again.

Withdrawing through Devikins

1. Sign in to Devikins using your own account.

2. Open the withdrawal section available in the game.

3. Select DVK or the NFT you want to withdraw.

4. Carefully enter your Klever Wallet address.

5. Review the asset, network, destination address, and displayed fee.

6. Confirm the request.

7. Save the request or transaction identifier for reference.

8. Repeat the process for any other eligible assets.

The exact menu names and screenshots must be added after the in-game flow receives final validation.

Fees

Withdrawals will continue to use the same fee structure already applied by the game. The amount must be displayed before confirmation.

If the withdrawal is not completed

Before opening a ticket:

1. Confirm that the address you entered is correct.

2. Check whether the request was recorded.

3. Check the transaction status if an on-chain identifier was provided.

4. Allow the normal network processing time.

5. Do not submit a second request for the same asset before confirming the status of the first one.

If the issue continues, open a ticket at:

https://support.klever.org/

Include:

– Account email or identifier.

– Asset type.

– Approximate request date.

– Destination address.

– Transaction or request identifier, if available.

– A screenshot that contains no sensitive information.

Never include a password, seed phrase, or private key.

After September 10, 2027

After the regular window ends, remaining custodial asset cases may be reviewed individually by support while operational capacity remains available.

This review does not replace the regular process. Complete your withdrawal as soon as possible.
